Our mission
ALP was founded to transform high-quality legal claims into capital-protected opportunities for professional investors. We aim to facilitate investment opportunities that align the interests of claim holders and investors.
Our mission is to expand access to legal assets by coordinating protection, quantitative analysis, and operational infrastructure with independent governance and credit-style standards.
ALP does not provide investment advice or capital; instead, we focus on modelling and quantitative analysis and make introductions and coordinate structured transactions through specialist partners who provide legal expertise, handle protection and operational requirements.
Our approach
Our team combines broad and deep networks with experience in structured products, asset-backed finance, and quantitative analysis. We bring together disciplines rarely combined in the litigation finance space.
ALP has developed deep relationships across the legal market — with law firms, claim holders, legal advisers, and litigation funding professionals — enabling us to source and evaluate high-quality claims.
ALP does not provide investment advice or capital; instead, we focus on modelling and quantitative analysis and make introductions and coordinate structured transactions through specialist partners.
